Day 3

Well, I skipped yesterday's workout - so tired! But resumed this morning - that makes Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. I plan to go tomorrow with the kids and swim for a while for my 4th workout this week. I am making a committment to go at least 4x each week. I'd like to go more but am not sure if that will be realistic every single week. This gives me a disaster/drop day without having to deal with a lot of guilt. Gotta go!

Day 3 went well. I must have done something wrong on the elliptical - my legs burned after only 5 minutes and I thought I was going to keel over. So I switched to the treadmill and did a good 30 minutes at about 3 mph. Didn't go to the club on the weekend though. Hope to go Tuesday afternoon after the 1/2 day of school (have to go to school in costume so I don't want to go in the early a.m.). Still trying!

Your wife ordered me, er, I mean, asked me, to come over here and encourage you in your quest. I thought I should since you are actually brave enough to start such a thing in the midst of the holidays. I was going to list the foods you won't be able to eat but I suppose that's not really encouraging is it? ;-)

Good luck, you'll need it. Oh, and a whole lot more willpower than I know of. :-D
